Days on the market went DOWN 19% AND market absorption came in with 7.40 months supply of homes, back soundly into buyer's market territory.
Over the last few months, sales have been heavier in the lower priced properties with little to no action in the upper end price ranges. Therefore, averages have been lower than usual.
