"Forget the paycheck; your W-2 days are over. It's a 1099 world now."

Recent Fortune magazine story put it, "Forget the paycheck; your W-2 days are over. It's a 1099 world now."

Many larger corporations are laying off people by the hundreds and throusands. Chrysler, Kodak, Pfizer and Ford, to name a few, have announced massive laoffs.

When you can no longer count on staying at a career for decades until retirement, that is when a PLAN B is most useful. The US Department of Labor reports that the annual turnover rate rose to 41% in '05. Many are leaving corporate jobs on their own accord. People want to work less and get paid more. Most of all, people want to have time to spend with their loved ones. According to Paul Zane Pilzer, " We're in the midst of a boom in HOME BASED BUSINESSES, and it shows no sign of slowing down."

This distinguished economist and best-selling author Pilzer projects that Network Marketing will help contribute to the 10 million new millionaires that will be created in the US between 2006-2016.

So now you have the "business model" all you need is the product.
www.esgtech.info will give you an in depth look at both the business and the product, and you will be happy to know that NO ONE offers what we have, and what we have it for.

"Success Is Yours If You Are Willing To Reach" and I can help you get there.

The old social contract between workers and the employer is gone.  No more gold watches or retirement parties.  Big companies find it much more convenient to ship jobs overseas to people who work for next to nothing.  And it's been done with the blessing of our political leaders.

I don't think self-employed people necessarily "work less and get paid more".  Most of us in the real estate industry are self-employed and we work our tails off.

Edy,

Certainly as times change....those who have made a life of "X" dollars on the 1st, 15th, 30th....whatever are going to have to make dramatic lifestyle changes.

Those of us who have been in the self-employed world for any time know how to make a paycheck stretch far.....LOL

I absolutely agree with you.

I am offering another way to supplement your revenue without affecting your current income stream, via network marketing, which is becoming a more and more popular business model. Even endorsed by well known millionaires such as, Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump.

In Rich Dad's CASHFLOW QUADRANT, it goes into why people find getting rich easier than others:

E-stands for employee

S-stands for small business person, self employed or specialist

B-stands for big-business owners such as Donald Trump

I-stands for investor

People who are in the E or S are simply there because it is easier, less demanding than the B quadrant.  As the old saying goes, "if it were easy, everyone would do it."

Forbes defined a big business owner as a person who controls a business with more than 500 employees.  This is the key reason why leadership skills are vital in the B quadrant.

Network Marketing is an opportunity to be in the B-Quadrant, but building this business is not an easy task, although if followed through has undeniable rewards that can continue for a life time!

I am an affiliate of a Technology Company, who uses Network Marketing as their business model to bring their cutting edge technologies to the world.  As an affiliate, and an Entrepreneur building a business in the B-Quadrant, I am sharing this wonderfully unique opportunity to help people join my organization and become individuals building their empire in the B-Quadrant as well!

I read an article on MSN the other day that was about jobs where you could make good money with only a high school degree. Real Estate was number 2, with the average income of real estate agents at about 70K a year. Interestingly, most of the jobs on the list were similar to realtors; in most of the jobs, folks work as independent contractors, and are considered "self-employed."  As Gen Xers and Gen Ys contine to move into the workforce, I think we will see more of this business model. The younger generations consider work a means to an end, not an end itself, and aren't content with the "company line." They have an entreprenurial spirit, and see the whole money-making process differently than any generation before them. Businesses and industry needs to pay attention to this if they are going to be successful.

Hi Brad,

Great comment, I couldn't agree with you more.  As technology is growing at a fast paced, our younger generation is definitely taking notice, and learning how to capitalize on it, leaving us with the choice to either keep up with the times, or learn to compete with it!

Thanks for the comment.
