With the days getting longer and warmer many homeowners are getting outside and taking inventory on their front yards. Nothing yells "Buy Me" more than a beautifully landscaped front yard; first impressions are everything so give those potential buyers something to talk about upon arrival.
Inexpensive, quick fixes or complete undertakings are sometimes necessary. Let those in your area know what the benefits are of getting their yards up to speed. You may want to highlight some landscaping companies, neighborhood home improvement stores or maybe a few pictures of homes you've sold that incorporate that "Wow" factor.
We all know how subtle updates inside the house can benefit the seller in a larger purchase price, but don't let your clients forget about the importance of the outside lot as well.
