HOWARD COUNTY MARYLAND GREAT IDEA FOR A HOME INSPECTION
I had a home inspection today on one of my listings, and when I dropped by to see how everything was going I was very surprise to see that the sellers had left freshly baked cookies, hot coffee, bottled water, cups, plates and napkins for the buyers, their agent and the home inspector. What a GREAT idea! Start the inspection process out on a positive note , and it makes the buyers bond with the house as well as the sellers. I wish I could take credit for this idea, but I can't. The sellers thought this was a good thing to do, and they did it on their own. WOW. I am going to tell every seller from now on to do this for their inspections.
