Tammy -- It's in certain communities and price points -- just not used that this! Have a buyer looking for a 3-bedroom/2-bath with 2.5 car garage, preferably something newer with a fireplace. Split floor plan would be nice and around $300K. And they'd consider about six different communities. Sounds pretty straight forward, right? Nope. Nothing. Na da. Unbelievable.
