BAD HOUSE PHOTOS LOSE YOU BUYERS!

When your home is on the market, the photos need to showcase your home at it's best.  Prospective buyers are zipping through your online photos as if a mean dog is chasing them.

Dark and dreary photos are not going to stop the buyer.  Fuzzy photos don't stop them either.  Sideways photos don't either.  I just saw some sideways photos on a FSBO site.  Now, I'm sure it may have been a computer glitch and I'm all for blaming the computer but regardless, bad photos are unforgiving with prospective buyers.

Empty rooms are very boring and don't give the buyer any information other than paint color.  And puhlease, no more alleging that your every room a different color are decorator colors.  If you do, I don't want to know who your decorator is!

What a relief, at least you can tell that this photo is a bedroom!

Beverly,  I agree bad photos are rather unprofessional.  I have to admit though I like them.  Sometimes you find a real gem of a home that noone is viewing due to the bad pics.  Also they are great to use at the listing table when the listing expires.

You would think with all the experience we have making a "not so bright home look GRAND" in photos to attract traffic we would know that we HAVE to have to good photos, or none at all. It is marketing, after all

Christine,  sometimes investors don't care about bad photos, but before I talk to a buyer about a  house with bad photos, I go preview it.   Thank you for your comments.

Quinton.  You are so right about photos are marketing!  A photo tells all and then some.
