It's difficult to keep the Expired Plus project balanced. On one hand, I'm excited about putting it out there, handing it off, and letting great agents run with to score a bunch of listings. I really want to get it out the door so it can be put to some good use. Then on the other hand, the crazy perfectionist in me keeps bugging and getting in the way. And new ideas keep popping up.

Just  yesterday I came up with another tool for the X-Plus - a set of Success Vision Cards. It is a powerful tool, but it will push the launch back (again).

And I'm re-writing a chapter in "From Dreams To Reality" again. Another week, at least.

I blew two deadlines, there goes the third one.  Maybe some of you have a better way of staying on track, preventing 'feature-creep' and managing projects of this magnitude.

Maybe my original four-month time line was not realistic go begin with. After all, it has grown to become a lot larger project (two complete book manuals, a work book, Excel tracking sheet, a complete set of mail pieces, X-Resume package, plus several extras).

The best I can do is step back, do the best I can, and at least for now forget the deadlines. I have really enjoyed working on it. That's the bottom line and the main reason I'm doing it, for the joy of creating something worth while, even if its a bit late.

Thanks for the feedback, Mario. You're right, the post is out of context... going forward I'll make sure it makes more sense.
