What a great idea for a post... We've stayed at HTP a few years ago and enjoyed it despite having a buffoon and his offspring next door to us.  Overall a good CG though.

Cynthia - Sounds like there is so much to do in the Swansboro area.  I have went camping many years ago, but in recent years would go to the lake in a motor-home.  I prefer the latter anymore.

Cynthia,  It looks like a very beautiful area you live in with so many opportunities to explore the natural area...I love coastal communities.

Excellent job with the google map! Anyone thinking of moving to or visiting your area should definitely make copies of many of your posts first....and then if they're moving there, give you a call.  ((-:

Keith & Robin,
I'm counting the days until Spring.  Hope you are doing well.

Sally,
Thanks, many seem to be into camping.

Carole,
It can't get here soon enough for me.  I'm a warm weather girl.

Hi Julie,
I'm  not a camper but I know many families really enjoy it and our area is a great place with wonderful facilities.

Hello Jesse & Kathy,
I guess that undesirable neighbors can happen anywhere.  Too bad.

Kimberly,
If we can get people here, they always want to come back again and again.

Hi Joan,
No, I have never camped in my life!  To be honest, I like a nice comfortable bed, large soaking tub and temperature I can control.  LOL.

Susan,
I understand, I do not camp either.

Hi Jennifer F.
I believe you, neither have I.  My family never camped..my Dad was in National Guard and he said he got his fill of camping during that time.

Hello Candy,
Now, I might could handle a motor home.  Is there a Jacuzzi?

Jo,
Thanks.  There is much to do here and so much beauty!

The Google map was a new challenge, one more lesson learned.
