Wha Happened to Spring?...
So what happened to Spring? Yes, the calendar sez it is the second day of, but the temps are anything but spring like. Maybe the calendar gods forgot to tell the cold temperature gods to vamoose. Maybe the warm temperature gods are still enjoying lounging on the sunny FL beaches. I don't know about you, but I am ready for sun, blue skies and warmth....
Michael - they are saying we may have SNOW on Sunday or Monday and I have scheduled cleaning out my basement...UKH!
We agree....b rrrr....but often here...one day it is just WARM.....and everyone says...we didn't have a spring...ready for warm anytime...!
I like to thing that I live by the weather report, but sometimes I live by the calander. Yesterday afternoon was 38 degrees and 15 hour winds. However, it was also March 21st and there I was on the trap range - all by myself since the usual trap shooters have at least a grain of common sense.
I don't care. I got in 50 practice birds and felt good.
Hi Michael. Don't you love Lenn's attitude. In my area we are going from winter to maybe summer in August.
Unfortunately, Mother Nature can do whatever she wants to Michael, and I think she's messing with us.
It was in the 20s last night, and no higher than 35 today. Pretty cold! And maybe we'll have a White Easter!

Mother Nature is messing with so many parts of the country! Even though we are enjoying some gorgeous weather (will be in the 80's over the week-end) we need rain and she is determined not to let us have any!!
Michael, last Sat, as I was showing houses I went past a golf course and the flags were in, course open. Sunday afternoon I called my posse and we played the first round of the year, no snow on the ground, and now we have 4 more inches of the stuff
Just when I thought Spring was here in Flower Mound, the weather changed. I just poked my head outside and the cool air slapped me silly! There's a thick grey blanket of clouds up above and now I can't stop sneezing. I'm sure we're going to get some rain.

I agree! yesterday we had sub below temps..ugg....and some more snow is possible..I want green and warmth!!!
Think I'll be like that old ground hog Michael and jump back in my hole. It's colder and wetter than January here!

The mother nature wants you to check the cooling systems on homes. She does'nt want you to say it was too cold to test. :-)
It's been warmer here too. It was 85 yesterday and we had a nice BBQ cookout.
