Andrew,

Very good point, many folks are in their pajamas looking at properties on the net..One of our clients asked one of her investors if she should put ther picture by the search function on her site (we were discouraging Her), and he said to her," Sue, I don't want to look at you when I am looking at your site in my pajamas. "  That did the trick.  LOL, have a great weekend. A

R and A ... People are overbooked, busy and have small windows of time to visit Maine. But eating up hours and hours to actually get here... well video removes the jet lag, the traveling time on the open road. Video shows how the puzzle pieces of a property, the area surrounding them go together. A few images, a couple lines of copy on the MLS yes, no, number (insert here) does not do the job justice. So much of the flavor, sauce is lost.

Taking the real estate listings, the local area out of state to the buyer is what video's show and tell two punch marketing does so so well. And it saves me time and gas too. The FAQ videos help every one get up to speed and removes the over and over telling the same story to one at a time. Hit more eyeballs, more eardrums with video for the greater exposure, longer reach and frequency needed to list, market, sell (repeat).

The "in your bathrobe in the privacy of their out of state home, apartment buyer" makes video the "home delivery easy" like a pizza just ordered. Whenever they want to snack. But the delay at an airport, on the business trip but thinking of a Maine recreational waterfront property buyer, that is where video excels. It is in his smart phone, idling, waiting, ready when they are to freed up with flight delays, or time to kill at the motel pool, hotel bar and all alone. To tap tap and sit back.

Like food plates with potatoes all buttered, meat sliced and salt, peppered just the way you like it. Just watch, listen, and the property story unfolds in yourr lap. It is what the buyer wants, will get from you or some other little red hen wearing the blue and gold R. Properties deserve video done right, kept simple but always available for the busy buyer.

Roy ... find rather than telling, it is easy to show and tell...with video! Saves everyone time and the buyer gets more, up to speed quickly.

Silvia ... learning curve and time to realize it works better. That the agent, broker should back off other busy work and replace with this turbo media. That uses the eyes and ears, two senses not one.

Jim ... No, you da man.
