You are right about attics. We had pull-down stairs and a floor installed in our attic to increase our storage space, and it was a fantastic selling point when we sold our home.
Attic space can be made into a great selling point, and let's not forget how very handy it is to have that storage space so that when you are staging your home to sell you can put all of those things that you don't want to have around buyers up there and out of the way! Inexpensive and very effective.
