Below is the information I received yesterday from Georgia dream and it's another rate increase. That's right the second rate increase this year. Last weeks rate was 3.15% and this week the new rate is 3.25%. Yes, that's right Georgia Dream Rates Increases.
This rate is still extermley low, but it shows that rates are on the way up as are the current real estate prices. If you have been thinking about purchasing a home wait no longer and sellers it's a great time to list your home for sale inventory is currently really low and but buyers are looking for properties.
