Hi Jane -- there's nothing like telling a prospective tenant that they will encounter multiple applications being submitted on a very hot rental/lease property.    You're right -- priced right, well-presented and in the popular locations, rentals like homes for sale in Los Angeles favor the landlord/seller.

Amazing how this is a comparasion of prices in your local market, but for us in other markets we look at the numbers and scratch our heads.  For me, I only WISH I would have kept my nice little townhome in the Valley.  Oh well, who knew?!?
