Mena Medical Center is a 60-bed hospital, with truly remarkable services for its size, including inpatient rehabilitation and a senior behavioral health center.  Mena also has outpaiten rehabilitation services through Quachita Rehabilitation & Fitness Center.

Senior care housing facilities, rich Mountain Nursing Home and Mena Maor, are two fully-staffed nursing homes inside the city limits.

For assisting living, Peach Tree and Stilwell Heigts are also located near downton Mena.  Other senrior services are provided through the Polk County Senior Center.
