Henderson County Absorption Rates: March 2013
Absorption Rates allow one to get an idea of how long it will take for the current inventory to deplete itself. It effects sellers by giving them an indication of how long it could take for their home to sell. Keep in mind that tis is a general number and each county, and even each community, may have a different number.
