One thing about Nature is that once they realize you are not going to hurt them...They become very friendly.
Especially birds.
I am guessing that is because they can fly to get away and know we can't match their reaction skills.
Sea Gulls are some of the bravest.
This one just begs to square off with me.
William, The seagull looks like he is awaiting an invitation to dinner. Yes they are brave...food first over fear! :)
Nature has a way of taking care of everyone. One cell ameba to humans are well protected by nature. Even when we try do destroy something it find a way to survive. Super looking bird.
He's a mighty fat and contented little bird! And, he doesn't seem to be afraid of you:-)
That's a great pictures, and I have to agree with Berni. I think he wants you to feed him.
Mother Nature is fickle and it is surprising how tame yet how careful the wildlife can be.
These gulls are always looking out for a hand out. But they are still a very cautious bird.

I love water birds and they are so interesting to watch. They seem to have their own personalities and good at grabbing bites of food from others.
