panorama towers constructionIf you aren't familiar with Panorama Towers, its probably still one of the hottest projects in Las Vegas. Celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Pamela Anderson and Janelle Pratt own units at Panorama. Construction on Tower Two is continuing with tower one being wrapped up. Residents are already starting to move in and according to Panorama's agent, roughly half of the closings are completed.

Currently there are a few available units for sale in tower one ranging from $511/sqft and up. If you are interesting grabbing one of these units before they're gone, call me directly at 702-493-8033.

Panorama Towers offers residents a wide range of luxury amenities including separate his and her spa facilities with individual massage, sauna and steam rooms, state of the art fitness facility, large screen theater room and wine cellar.  Panorama Towers also understands that just because you are living high above the city, your four legged friends need their space too.  Pet owners will love the one acre walking park featuring pet friendly pathways and spaces for reflection. In addition, Panorama has all of the standard luxury amenities you would expect, like concierge and valet parking.

The developers of Panorama Towers know that security is a big concern for some of their residents, so security it also a big concern for them. Panorama residents enjoy a high level of on site security. In addition to the guard gated entrance, there is 24 hour security on the grounds and the parking facilities with video surveillance.

If you are thinking about purchasing a condo at Panorama Towers, feel free to contact me at 702-493-8033.  I'll send you the current available listings and the remaining pre-construction opportunities on the other Las Vegas high rise condos. -cr

Jacqulyn & Charles, It looks like we all have our Towers that are being built. Is this something that every City is doing to revitalize their areas? Lots of money going into these. I know ours will certainly change our sky line and will offer quite a bit to the perspective owners of each unit. Is Jacqulyn handling all of the sales or did she get a few from the builder?

She has had closings in almost every project in town. She has had high rise buyers from all over the world. People buy them for different reasons, although it certainly doesn't hurt that Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world either. -Charles

For high rises?  Actually several projects have been canceled/suspended last year. Most of the ones that construction is finishing up on were already sold out, although there is always a few units available for resale (investors, etc).  -cr

It would be nice if they actually completed the project. It was ten months late and had have the amenities finshed at closing. We have lived there since January and the pool is still not done. So many broken promises and missed dates...
