So, I just listed a short sale in the Legends of Hutto, in Hutto, TX. Their lender is Bank of America, and we all know that is the most difficult and time consuming lender to deal with. We went live on the MLS today, and immediately, my seller received a call from a REALTOR friend of hers. The REALTOR claimed that my seller definitely listed with the RIGHT AGENT, and she coined me the "Austin, TX Short Sale Queen."
I was flattered and happy that my seller feels good about her choice of going with me as her listing agent. She said, "Well, I knew we needed to go with an agent that had successfully negotiated and closed a lot of short sales. And after all of our research, we were sure you were the one." I will tell you that made my Monday!!!
So, what do you think? Do I run with my new title??? Let me know your thoughts!!!
If so, I'm definitely going to need a crown or a tiara. :)
