You need to look into the Canyon Road Towers Condos in Salt Lake City before you jump in and buy one. Here are some of the things that you should know.
Overview:
The Canyon Towers Condos are located right on the edge of the downtown area. The location is good in that it is very close to all of the downtown features but it doesn’t feel like you are in the middle of everything. The Canyon Towers Condos are also right next to Memory Grove and the City Creek hiking trails.

Here is the good and the bad about the Canyon Road Condos in Salt Lake City
The Good:
Probably the best thing that the Canyon Road Condos have going for them is the location. They are within a quarter mile of pretty much all of the downtown attractions. If you work downtown or just want to be close to everything, this is a good location for you. For as close as you are to everything, when you are in the Canyon Road Condos complex, you feel like you are out away from the city. The Canyon Road Condos are also high on amenities.
The party room is a nice feature. You can reserve it for parties or gatherings and it has furniture, a kitchen, bathrooms, and a pool table. I also LOVE the garage parking and the laundry hookups being inside the unit (as opposed to the coin op laundry machines). Also, all of the units have at least 2 bathrooms. That is a rarity for this area.
The Bad:
The HOA fee is higher than average. If you are not planning on using the amenities, this really won’t end up being a good choice for you. The building is better than most that were built in the 70’s, but, it was still built in the 70’s and I can’t forgive them for that.
