What a glorious day! I've had three calls today and they have all been business related and very positive. I repeat very positive.
The first call was from a client in Southern California that I haven't spoken to him over nine years. Out of the blue he called me with a listing referral from one of his children's friends in our area. (Very positive)
The second call was from the listing agent who I've just completed a very tough transaction with. He called to thank me for all my hard work and my positive approach to real estate. He said without me, this transaction would have never gone through. (Very positive)
The third call, was from a person who my wife and I boat with. Last summer, while we were in Canada,we tied up next to him and he apologized immediately. He said that he had just bought some Investment Property and he had forgotten that I was a real estate broker. I told him, no worries, just think of me next time you need a real estate professional. I have a listing appointment on Thursday with him. (again very positive)
Every once in awhile you receive phone calls out of the blue that just make you want to smile and stay positive!
