I am cold and I do not like to be cold, that is the reason I am in South West FL, to be warm.
Today it was in the low 60's and windy. Now I hate to moan, but I went for a bike ride and the wind was against me, which made me cut my ride short.
Funny thing is, it is spring break and all of the kids are running around in shorts, tank tops and flip flops like they think it is in the 80's. I suppose they figure they are in FL so they should dress for it. I understand, I too, use to be a tourist.

I do have to say that the market is HOT, sales are up, buyers are here and I feel that it will continue that way through the summer.
Serious buyers will come to town and purchase so next winter they will not be stuck in the snow holding a sign Florida bound.
