Hi Jesse and Kathy! The market is steady. I expected a pretty intense jump up in inventory that is not happening as rapidly as I thought at least. But, houses are still moving, just moving a little slower than before.

Sure enjoyed your town last summer! A beautiful little city.

Fairbanks is a great community. We make pretty frequent trips to Anchorage though when Kathy needs her shopping fix.
