South Riding Mid Week Update 3/23/2013 -3/27/2013

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 18 active listings. 1homelistings new this week; a traditional sale town home. 7 homes went under contract; a short sale town home, a tradotional sale town home, and 5 traditional sale detached homes. 3 homessold; 2 traditional sale town home and a traditional detached town home. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
