home prices for some different types of new homes. New homes are often an attractive option because they are new, no
improvements or repairs needed. Windows, roofing, flooring, cabinetry, are all new.
New home prices tend to set the price ceiling and used properties usually sell for less than similar new ones.
Comparing
single family detached and semi-detached homes we find semi-detached prices most
