Visit CCDC To Find Out About Downtown San Diego Real Estate

While being actively involved in the Downtown San Diego Real Estate scene exposes us to a lot of inside information, we always encourage our clients to check out the Centre City Development Corporation website (www.ccdc.com) for the most up to date information about Downtown San Diego. The CCDC, otherwise known as the “city planning center”, has a great interactive map that breaks down the city by its seven core neighborhoods and shows upcoming residential/commercial/public use projects that have either already begun, or are permitted to begin in the upcoming future.

Just last week, we were able to use the CCDC website to inform clients about a new, six-story apartment complex named Urbana, currently getting underway in the East Village neighborhood on 10th Avenue between Island and J Streets. The public use portion of the site offers up to date about projects affecting all of Downtown San Diego’s residents, including; The North Embarcadero Visionary Project, the San Diego Convention Center Expansion, and the new environmental park on Island and 15th Avenue.
