 Understanding that listing a home today takes so much more than most agents realize!  Although price is an important factor, condition needs to "OUTSHINE" ALL competition!

Taking the time to be honest with each seller about the condition of their property can make all the difference when listing a home.  It is important to cover every inch of a home prior to listing and make a list of what specifically needs to be addressed prior to exposing it to the market place.  Attention to every detail is imperative; from your first impressions with curb appeal to just how inviting your entry way is...Fresh paint for the exterior trim and front door will welcome buyers.  Buyers expect a "turn key" home in most price points in this changing BUYERS market.  New lighting, new carpet, fresh paint, flooring and of course...a kitchen needs  to SHINE!  Buyers expect a solid surface counter and love updated appliances.  Wallpaper and boarders are not what buyers are looking for.

If you, as a Realtor can not stage ( re-design) to sell your listings, please find a good re-design or staging expert to help.  The cost is minimal and so worth it for every seller.
