If you think it's expensive to engage a professional to do the job, wait until you engage an amateur.

There is no shortcut to becoming a professional. Amateurs start with some formal training. Then their journey from amateur to professional begins. Some acquire skills faster than others. Some never finish the journey.

My point is that the above is relevant to real estate services and representing clients. In real estate, at the completion of your transaction, it may cost you no more to have hired a professional.
