Katerina thank you very much!  Our plan is to become a mother/daughter team in a few years once she finishes college.  She's going to major in Business Management and Marketing so she can tell me how we need to run our business!!

Tony & Darcy you are so right!  She has seen how much fun I've had and the friendships/relationships I've made in such a short time and she's been reading on an array of topics.  She's very excited!  Thanks for dropping by!

SANDY - This is great!  My hope is that someday I can work with my children.  Of course, they have to want to also.  I'm glad that Brittney is on board with you.

Welcome Brittney! What a treasure to have your daughter working with you and my goodness you don't look old enough to have a daughter who is selling real estate. My boys (14) spent a lot of time with me last summer at my office working with me.  I loved it and made the comment many times that I would absolutely be honored if they ever decide to go into real estate. They would be a great team to have. I just realized you are with KW too. I just joined the beginning of January and absolutely love it. Have a wonderful day my friend and big hugs to you!

Congratulations to Brittney!!!  This can open the door to many things for you including many relationships.

This position is one that is so important to the tone of the office.  This industry I believe is still one of the best in the world.  Providing unlimited income potential and flexible time.

 My very best to Brittney!!

Welcome Brittney.  This begining step is an important position.  You are what the public thinks of KW as they walk in the door.  Our office has 2 DOFI's and they have a great time with each other and the public.  I sure hope you have a great time and learn a lot.

Adam I am very excited that Brittney wants to work with me.  We have such a great relationship it's going to be a fun ride.  I wish I had the knowledge she's getting about real estate at her age!!!  Thanks for stopping in too!

Desiree you are too kind!  I was actually 21 when I had Britt and can hardly believe she's old enough to sell real estate myself!!  Time goes by so fast!  Thanks for the well wishes, it means a lot.

Julie first let me welcome you to the KW family.  It is a great place to be.  And thank you, I guess I inherited good genes from my mom.  She's aging very nicely!  My boys have worked with me a few times too and my 8 year old thinks its boring but my 5 year old is actually learning the lingo.  I tell people he's a Realtor in training.  He wants to be an airline pilot though so we'll see.  I am really excited at the prospect of working with Britt, we have a really good time together.  Thanks too for the hugs, you're such a sweetie!

Hi Jason yes it's been awhile.  I've been stressing a little over the fact my hubby is still unemployed and just feeling in a funk!  But I'm inspired again by both Brittney joining KW and by a book I just finished reading.  It's time to dig deep!  Thanks for the support in welcoming Brittney, it mean a lot.  OAN, Sarah said she'll be calling you to set up an appointment to go out on the 29th of this month!!

Thanks Karen that means a lot.  One down two to go.  Lets hope I do as well with the boys!!  They are a tough breed!!

Hey Tom thanks for the welcome and words of encouragement for Brittney.  It's very much appreciated.

Jim thank you for the welcome.  I know with all the people here on AR and those she'll encounter in her role at KW the possibilities are endless.

Patricia (Grandma) thank you for the never ending support and kind words!  We love you!

Deb I hadn't heard of two DOFI's!  You must be in a very big market center.  Thanks for the well wishes and encouragement for Brittney.

Thank you everyone for all the encouraging words and nice comments.  I really do appreciate it.  I am very excited to finally have a foot in the real estate world and be one step closer to my goal of working with my mom!  She has been a great mentor in not just real estate but in all aspects of life and she is my best friend.  Can't wait!!

Sandy,  Your daughter is very pretty and seems like a wonderful, smart person (just like her mom!)  Good luck to both of you!  My dad and I ran a business together my whole life, until we moved, and it was great!  I miss that sometimes.

Roberta I'm looking forward to it very much.  We are going to stick to our plan and she'll finish college with business management and marketing under her belt and while she's doing that she'll work for KW and pick up and learn as much as she can.  Then we'll be set to take on the Real Estate world together!  Thank you so much for the compliments, they are much appreciated!  I would have to agree Britt is very pretty but then again I could be biased!!  Maybe your dad will move to Vegas sometime and join you and what you've now come to love.

Sandy,  My dad is in Vegas with me but is retired and will be 90 this September.  He is still doing good, driving, taking care of my mom and enjoying the senior activities here.  I imagine if I asked him to join me, he probably would, but I think he needs a break for now!
