One Can Not Think Well, Love Well, Sleep Well, If One Has Not Dined Well.
---Virginia Woolf
I’ll add that “One Can Not Blog Well when One Has Dined Well. If I wasn’t on the next to last day of a 30 day blogging challenge, I would NOT be trying to post a blog tonight.
I saw the Virginia Woolf quote inside the menu of the award winning Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery tonight. The Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery is located in a century old building at the southwestern end of downtown Colorado Springs. It is located at 25 W Cimarron St Colorado Springs.
The old building full of modern art and the fine dining is wonderful combination. Actually, it is an amazing combination. (If you are not into modern art, there are just enough paintings in their gallery that wouldn't be classified as modern art, that you will still be comfortable. )
If you are in Colorado Springs, a visit to The Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery should be one your “Must Do List” if you enjoy fine dining. I’m inclined to say that it may be the nicest fine dining experience that I have encountered in Colorado Springs while at the same time having a somewhat relaxed feel. Their bread/cracker basket is amazing. It had two kinds of breads and three type of crackers. Chips and salsa at the Mexican restaurants have met their match....
As a real estate professional/CPA, I love stumbling across someone that has restored a century old building and is running a successful business --especially when it is in downtown Colorado Springs.
I’ll blog more about the Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery in the future. But for tonight, I've dined too well.
Sincerely,
