Week Ending Sunday March 31st, 2013 - Uxbridge Real Estate Market Snapshot
The number of active buyers looking at homes for sale on one of our web sites in Uxbridge is holding steady while the number of homes for sale continues to climb. Potential purchasers looking at listing details Year to date are tracking just above 2011 but below 2012 numbers. If the current trend continues we will see fewer potential buyers looking at the details of homes for sale this year than we have seen in the last two years.
While the final numbers are not in yet it looks like homes sales will be in the same range as the last two years with just over 30 sales for the month.
Currently ..... There are 113 properties, up from 109 a week ago, listed on the National MLS® System for sale in Uxbridge with the price range from $159,000 to $4,900,000. ..... includes properties that are sold subject to conditions being met.
