So confused - who to chose - Metro Detroit real estate talk

Are you so confused on who to chose as your Metro Detroit realtor.  Many people use internet sites like Zillow, Active Rain, & Trulia to see what is happening in the Metro Detroit real estate market.   All of these sites are great places to search for information on the Metro Detroit real estate market and get a gauge of what is going on.  It is a sellers market in most of Metro Detroit right now.  If you are just starting your search for a Metro Detroit realtor how do you chose the right person.

One of the places you can search for a good realtor is on the blue line above.  Click on States and look over the realtors there.  I'm there.  There you will find many very good Metro Detroit realtors.  So how do you chose a good realtor?

If you look here at least you will know that the metro Detroit realtors on this site understand that they need an internet presence.  You are here right?  You are using the internet to look at homes and find real estate information.  You realtor needs to be here on the internet too.  Market surveys have found that 90% of all home buyers start their search on the internet.

So the Metro Detroit realtor you chose needs to be technoligically savvy.  If you do not understand how important blogging, websites, craigslist, Trulia, single property websites, and how to rank in google then it could be hindering your client.
