Age - Power Quotes Series

So many times I hear people complain about their age. To me, it is a number. Something that is determined to tell people how long you been on this planet. The only way it can be an obstacle to you is if you allow it too. The greatest saying that I can remember and I do not know the author of this would be "You are only as old as you feel".

Danny - I love the Satchel Paige quote. I often think about this, as I don't feel as old as I am numerically. As for Tana's comment, it is almost inconceivable for me to go to the gym that early in the morning. It sounds like torture.
