Karen, I wonder is they have something similar to this in the Houston area, well Northwest Houston area.  I would really like to attend a class.

Hi Marchel, this was a new first time course offering for the school. I had written a proposal and course outline last summer which they approved and now it's part of the CE program (as long as they'll have me :-) 

I just finished the first of 2 courses scheduled for the spring last night and I'm really excited about spreading the staging message to home sellers and Realtors who truly want to know! 

Hi Karen, Still sounds strange to say Collin College.  I still call it Quad C.  But they do have great classes and teachers.  This is where I told my real estate classes when I began. 

Yes, Quad C will always be that. I'm getting used to the shortened version. Thanks for reading Linda.

A neighbor actually pointed out that course offering to me and asked if I knew who was teaching it.  I should have guessed!  How was the turnout??  Was it mostly homeowners or Realtors?  Impressive!

Hi again Roz, we seem to be meeting via the rain this evening.

The turnout for a first time course offering was very good according to the college, many times a first time class has no students apparently until word spreads.  I have started giving out the course schedules to Realtors or homeowners as a way to spread the message. The class limit is full at 24. It was a mix of Realtors and home owners, my intended audience.
