Hampton Lake Home Prices
After a glut of many short sales and foreclosures, at the moment there are only 11 homes on the market in Hampton Lake. They range in price from $275,990 to $599,876. David Weekley Homes is currently building the Courtyard Collection and the designs are being very well received. Also available in the community are several preferred builders. With 14 homes sold last year, it is easy to see that the inventory is still being slowly absorbed. By way of explanation, though there were only 14 homes that closed, the average days on the market was only 135 and the ratio of list price to sale price was 92% - which means that there are not a glut of homes and when they do come on the market, they sell.
