Homes are selling quickly - often with multiple offers.  Some sellers are seeing this as an opportunity to raise prices which I definitely saw today while touring new listings.  Inventory is low and seller's have the upper hand.

While it may be a seller's market, buyers are careful to not overspend.  But if the shortage of new homes continues, there will be more pressure on prices to rise.
