Bob I appreciate your feedback. We are certainly facing a lot more challenges now in this current environment. Having a postive attitude everyday helps. It takes a lot more dedication and hardwork. This will be a make or break year for many Realtors. I have been in the business for twenty years so I have been involved with both buyers and sellers markets. Many Realtors have never seen a market like this and don't have a clue on how to perform.
