Yves Cozin created this sculpture, an arrangement of tubes in Macdonald Park on the shore of our Great Lake Ontario, which was donated by the province of Quebec back in the 70's . . .
(once painted in 1975 as a protest against them to look like Coke and 7-Up cans)
There had been a call for a Kingston Sculpture Symposium in honour of the Olympic sailing regatta coming to the city in '76. We loved playing our own part in that Olympics but sadly, our beautiful waterfront still has this 'artwork' publicly displayed.
