“We have enjoyed our beautiful lakeside home in Ventana Lakes, Arizona. This retirement community has two recreation centers, with many activities, and 4 pools with the cone pool only 3 blocks away. We enjoyed the 1.8 miles nature/ cement sidewalk around the lake. It is unique to Arizona and only 20 steps from our lakeside home. As a fisherman, my husband, Jerry enjoyed catching bass, catfish, carp and suckers anytime of the day. The lake is catch and release.
Lakeside home has the deepest view of the lake in Ventana Lakes!!! What you see what you get! Deep, wide, incredible! Beside that lake home has 500 sq ft Arizona room (raised up to the main floor, insulated, heated & cooled). Granite kitchen countertops, plantation shutters, water softener, solar water heater, recirculating water pump, ceiling fans, great quality carpet, beautiful parquet! Remarkable, tasteful colors! HVAC SEER Rating 13. Great Property!
Beautiful and spacious sun room of our lakeside home is a great place to observe the area wildlife and birds as well as breathtaking sunsets. Our lakeside home in Ventana Lakes is surrounded by 5 wonderful fruit trees.
On the west side of the lakeside home is an enclosed 32 by 11 area and has a 5 by 6 shed for extra storage.
There is also a mural on the wall. We have made many improvements over the years, including:
Professional painting, carpeting, 18” tile, appliances, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, roof over sunroom, gas fireplace, outdoor shed, skylights, blinds in sunroom.
We have enjoyed our very friendly Ventana Lakes neighborhood. Ventana Lakes community is a well run and a wonderful area for your retirement years."
