Really nice photo, Karen. We don't have a lot of water in Prescott, Arizona but the blue herons do like it here. Some of our lakes are shallow and area a great hunting for waterfowl.

Hi Karen...You hooked me with this title. Had no idea what to expect but I sure did enjoy the photo. I like taking them of blue herons also but often see them when I'm driving over one of the small bridges here and other times I'm not quite close enough to get a good one such as yours.
