Estates of Credit Ridge Home Prices

I am now very happy to be representing the Estates of Credit Ridge, Brampton, ON as a Realtor for RE/MAX Legacy Realty Inc., Brokerage.  

I will be providing you market updates for this area on a regular basis and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about buying or selling a home in the Estates of Credit Ridge.  

So, lets get started. 

During the period from January 1, 2013 to March 31, 2013, there were 53 Homes on the MLS.  Of these 53 homes, 16 were sold.  The sold prices ranged from 467,000 to 955,000.  This is a significant range but its understandable considering the multiple types of homes available (detached, semis, townhomes), ranging in various sizes (square footage), number of Bedrooms (from 3 bedrooms to 5), number of washrooms (from 4 to 6). 

The average Days on Market (DOM) for these homes was 45 days, with a whopping high of 175 days! 

The average List-Sell ratio was 97% 

Now, you may be asking yourself, well if there were 53 homes and only 16 sold,

what happened to the rest of them?

Well, good question! 

Here is a breakdown of those 53 homes during this time period: 

• 5 Listings "Expired" 
• 15 Listings were "New"
• 1 Listing had a "Price Change" 
• 16 Homes were "Sold"
• 2 Listings were "Suspended" 
• 14 Listings were "Terminated" 

These are staggering stats!  Almost 40% of the homes in this area did not sell.
