Now that Spring has finally arrived, the buyers are out in earnest looking for home for sale in Newnan GA.

The problem is that there isn’t enough inventory to satisfy the needs of the seasonal buyers. As a result many buyers are competing for the limited number of properties that are currently available.

We can’t guarantee that every house that is listed will sell. But we can state categorically that in is the best time to sell in years, and that those that have been sitting tight may want to have a real estate professional prepare a comparative market analysis for review.

Richard, what a delightful 'problem' for the owners & Realtors in the area. More reason to "Hope" that our Michigan home will sell quickly. Of course, we must actually get it on the market within the next 2 weeks. Not really a hold up on anything other than waiting for a result of a personal inspection we just held. The results are for our eyes alone. Love this home, but so ready to move to a warmer climate State.
