I know they aren't the easiest and heard they are getting tougher for great deals on pricing but likely will be around for a little while longer until the market really gets back on its feet and the values cover the gap from the 07 implosion

Thanks for the recent blog postings, Bryant.  Always good and useful information.  One of the worse loan servicer I have come across, and are still working to get on board is 21st Mortgage Corp.  They are 2nd lien holder and just really way out there.  They are a manufactured housing lender, and I believe they are acquiring notes at a discount and it ends up with Knoxville Trust.  Which ironically, has the same phone number and address as 21st Mortgage Corp.

They have the mindset that since they are the 2nd lien holder, they should receive the same percentage as the 1st lien holder gets.  Right now, we have a HAFA agreement with CitiMortgage, and 21st is to get $8,500. They rejected it and want an additional $852.00.  We are NOT done yet.  At least they dropped their request of wanting 79% of $30,000.

We will get there!!
