Too Busy to Blog Due to Blogging

Real estate recovery in full swing in Palos Verdes

I didn't post a single article this week.  I was too busy handling the business generated by my blogs to write!  Add the new business to several escrows and offers generated from my beloved past clients, and  I had to momentarily drop the blogging ball to juggle the workload--and sacrifice a few hours of sleep each night too!

After a marathon week, it's Sunday morning and all is quiet on the business front so I'm back to checking out my favorite bloggers and adding an article or two.  That's the good thing about writing a blog--it's very forgiving and welcomes you back any day, any time.  The only deadlines are self-imposed and fresh content is always rewarded with points from Active Rain, comments for peers and the coveted contact from consumers.

I must admit, it was quite a lovely dilemma!

Great job!  See, that blogging is no good after all.  It makes you have to work too hard.  Ha!

Norma,  I've been trying to blog daily. I missed posting yesterday because I was too busy working on getting a new listing ready and preparing to present offers to a seller. There is only so much we can do.  Serving our clients comes first! I'm glad you had such a lovely dilemma!  Welcome back to blogging!

Ah yes, the Catch 22 of blogging.  You blog to get business and then have no time to blog when you get it.  I always feel guilty when I miss a day but we can only do so much, right.

Norma, Business has to come before blogging after all that is what brought us here in the first place. And Activerain will welcome you back in a minute's time.

Kathleen - I know, I was stessing over the fact I had not blogged all week and decided everything was working out as it should.  I've been at this long enough to know the ebbs and flow of the biz.  There will plenty of time to blog--just not last week or the next one.  :)
