Make necessary improvements but don’t overdo it.

Minor repairs and improvements are unavoidable if you plan to put a “for sale” sign on your home.  But these should be slight and practical improvements such as a fresh coat of paint to make your home look more appealing to buyers.  But the question is how would you prioritize your repairs?  If it’s a bigger item that needs attention, it’s not a health hazard yet still poses as a problem, should you just leave your buyer to deal with it?

Curb appeal is very important in the sale of a home. New paint is very important & buyer will hav e made up there minds before they even get into the home. Repair all leaks.
