No, I'm not talking about your physical arm - if you look like this guy(Not me- the guy to the left!)- GO TO THE Emergency Room NOW!!

I'm talking about your Adjustable Rate Mortgage

Is it about to Acheive Critical Heartache Experience? This means - is it about to adjust to a Variable Rate  that is MUCH higher than your current rate?

I've been calling my past clients who I placed in an ARM a few years ago and reminding them that now is the time to refinance since they can now obtain a great Low Fixed interest rate.

Most of them are excited that I remembered to call them so that they can now enjoy a Low Fixed rate.

Why did I place them in an ARM? I'm glad you asked! Most of them needed a year or two to get their Credit straightened out. When they combine Credit Repair with at least a year of great mortgage payments, they see their Credit Scores Increase and now they are ready for a Great Low Fixed Rate!

So stop gagging at the guy to the left, stop laughing at my picture, and give me a call if you have an ARM that is about to ACHE in South Carolina. If your ARM is about to ACHE in another State - then pull up other Loan Officers in Active Rain - they are great!

Call, email, or comment to this post before the ACHE turns into an INFECTION -

I Now have Foreclosure Experience Caused by Temporary Insanity in my Own Noggin !!!

It's up to you - we can treat it now or treat it later -the choice is yours.

Great use of acronymns to get your point across. And a great service for your clients.  I'm sure they'll be telling their friends about the way you looked out for them. Good for referrals.

Brian, you are right, now is the time to refinance while the rates are still good.  I like the picture.  Very appropriate.

ya know, I'm getting really tired and fed up with all this blatant discrimination. All you Lenders talk about these days is ARM's. What about equal time and opportunity for LEG's?

Brian:  Being a TV advertiser I think this would make for a great commercial.  Would you have a problem if I borrowed it for a California spot?

A very interesting illustration.... to drive your point home.. I suspect you have been inundated with e-mails about this article..

Just like the rest of the readers, I also thought about your thinking when I first looked at your article.. If you have managed to repair your clients' credit worthiness in the process then you have effectively saved them a lot of money in the long run.. In conclusion, I have to say that you have given them good service..

Bally - Thank you. Yes, alot of clients have refinanced out of their ARM's into low fixed rates and are excited that their credit scores have gone up after my advice.
