MINISTER MOVES HEADQUARTERS
Southern Stone County between Shell Knob and Branson, is the new home for former Television Evangelist Jim Bakker. He is in the process of moving his worldwide ministry and will be broadcasting live from the new Morningside development in Blue Eye, Missouri.
Morningside Development is set on 560 acres. It is scheduled to be the site for 1,700 new dwellings consisting of town homes, single family homes and condos. Prices will range from $87,300 to $350,000. Bakker and his family will reside there.
Bakker began broadcasting from Branson in January 2003. Founder of the PTL Ministries, he was released from prison in 1995, having been convicted of fraud following investigation into Heritage USA.
