Another home in the Town of Newburgh is SOLD and now off the market. A perfect location, this subdivision was love at first sight for these buyers. Our model home at the time featured all the details in a home that could make them happy. With other lots available, they knew that if they waited for a different home, they could pick out all the details in a new build. Excited at the prospect, they were happy to pick out tiles, colors, granite, cabinets and just about everything else they could. They did spend the time and effort to be a part of the process and were a pleasure to work with. After a long journey the closing day arrived.
Building new construction is a different process than just purchasing a home. Although at times a bit stressful, the end result is clear: A beautiful home that reflects your own style and taste. The new homeowners have moved in with their furniture and belongings and the journey has only begun and it is beginning to turn into a home. Soon they can tell stories of a vacant lot with trees and lots of snow and an excavator and builder pointing out where the home might be. The updated version will be visions of green grass and a swimming pool with family and friends in the back yard. The closing just marks a new beginning.
