WOW, THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2013 HAS PASSED ALREADY!  Spring has sprung in all its beauty and splendor! :)

So, how many  homes SOLD in COLES CROSSING for the month of March 2013?

FOURTEEN!! :)  The average price/sq. ft. was an amazing $93.19, with the highest price/SF at $110.58 and the lowest price/SF at $69.64.  There is a price range for nearly every budget in COLES CROSSING.  And though inventory of homes for sale may be down now, expect more and more homes to be coming onto the market in the next few weeks as we get closer to school letting out for summer break!
