Pine Creek Ridge is one of the most prestigious subdivisions in all of Livingston County. Pine Creek Ridge is bordered by 2 differnt lakes, and they are Brighton Lake, and Mud Lake. Brighton Lake is the larger of the two, and gives a number of Pine Creek Ridge homes waterfront lots.

Currently there are 322 homes in Pine Creek Ridge subdivision, as of February 6th, 2007 there are only 20 of those on the market for sale. Since February 1st, 2007 there have been 10 sales.
