1st Quarter Statistics for Sold Properties by Type in Naples, FL

There are no signs of sales slowing down in Naples, Florida.  A total of 1,959 singles and low, mid & high rise residences closed from New Years Day through Easter!  We're looking at the beginning of that "closing" season in the chart below.  It's not only that more properties are being moved off the market, it's that the pricing is moving along just as quickly.  There are 5,192 available properties here which include those types mentioned above plus villas and manufactured homes too.  This chart is a quick look at what is going on in our now hectic retirement and second home market.  If you are a Buyer, I suggest you review your short term plan and see if a modification is in order.  If you are a Seller, now is the time to turn up the heat and be competitive.  LOCATION still rules the roost in Real Esate but don't drag your feet because you'll soon hear the words CONDITION, CONDITION, CONDITION nipping at your heels if you do!
